  Changes in 1.4.0 BETA - Ported to Visual C++ 2005 - NO COMPATIBLE with Windows Vista - Litle change in Tray & Stadistic Work - Updates the Links in Help Menu - Allow Web Conections only allow outdoing (the normal way) - Bost memory to send to driver the blacklist - New system version identification - Now allow FTP conections, using a IP cache (by default)
