I've used this for over a year and have found it very useful. I would like to see development move a little faster though, but don't we all, with all projects.

The product works. It has individual user management and an administrative area. You can also log all accesses and review that information. Part of the interface is a little kludgy and the search algorithm is weak but it does work better than most of the items we have tried. Have used it now for 2 years and have about 200 documents/notes/links in it and although our users don't heavily use it our engineering staff does and it has not failed us. It's a little rough for the general population but techies can totally use it.
