Free open source instrument / musical chromatic tuner (like an electronic guitar tuner) for Windows, Windows Mobile, & Pocket PC. Displays name of note played and accurate indication of whether pitch is sharp, flat, or exact (relative to a 440Hz A).
simple and functional. Nice work
I know I am the author, but I just tuned my unamplified electric guitar (a Hohner G3T no less - very quiet!) in the noisy cycle-compartment of a local train using oTuner on my Windows Mobile Phone. Ok, so I had to hold the hands-free mic next to the string and play the bottom E at the 19th fret (cos of string/fret rattle), but nonetheless: it worked! So: Thumbs-up from me, as it was depressing me seeing one thumbs-down with no comment attached:( Please folks, if you don't like oTuner, let me know *why* so I can fix it! Especially while it is still in Beta, cut me some slack!
