Version 2 includes several improvements. There are more options in the QandA.js. There is an optional "Final Question" where each contestant (team) can wager. There is an optional DailyDouble which randomly selects a single square and allows the player that picks it to wager on the question. You can now change the amounts for each successive question instead of 100-500. Finally, you can set how many rows and columns of questions you want.

Added instructions on configuration. Moved all configuration parameters into QandA.js.
