I've been looking around for a while trying to find a good project manager. There was always a feature lacking, as in Onepoint too (mainly the ability to track properly the project income ). But all in all I think this is the best project manager I've come across till now. The ressource management is excellent as well as the overall project view, among other really nice features. One sad thing is the little engagement of the project leaders to release any documentation for developers. So, go for it if you are looking for a multi-user project manager with expense tracking. And last but not least, have an eye too on web2project. There is no cost management yet but all the other stuff is already available.
