The Save as DAISY XML add-in was created through an open source project with Microsoft, Sonata Software Ltd. and the Digital Accessible Information System (DAISY) Consortium and can be downloaded on sourceforge.
The Help documentation is poorly written. My guess is that the software is competently written, but trying to use it based on the documentation is a real pain. I am going to use other resources (commercial Daisy authoring packages, home-generated MP3 books) until this software matures and somebody writes a useable helpfile/userguide/tutorial.
Having access to saving my documents as Daisy is a great thing.
