    Apparantly QVP does not support progressive MP3 playback.
    As stated in OvpConnection documentation:
    "The OvpConnection class works with on-demand FLV and H.264 MP4 (both streaming and progressive) and MP3 playback (streaming only), as well as live FLV streams."
