Heres what worked for me 1) I renamed the war file (originally downloaded as opentoroweb4.war) to opentoro4.war 2) Copied the file into webapps\ROOT of Tomcat (I have Tomcat 6.0) 3) Called http://localhost:8080/opentoro4 That did the trick.
