I've spent some time looking at different open source CRM/ERP options available; and I've come to the conclusion that this is the most intuitive and complete package available. However, it is not easy to install. But don't give up. The system is stable and flexible. Not to mention it has built in integration with Fedex, authorize.net, Amazon, and others.
