    Sorry, I see that you copied a text that says it was SHWAPI.DLL that got called, and that it, as I correctly assumed, got installed by the MSIE 6.0 installer.

    Well, that is clearly your problem. If you can't just ignore the message, which is what the text recommends, you should probably uninstall MSIE 6.0 and use another browser such as Mozilla/Firefox.
