This fixes some bugs discovered by INIBAP relating to the way that the server interacts with Postgresql 8.0 databases rather than the CBT 7.4 databases Additional functionality for the setup and integration of central Enzyme Commission database infrastructure (undocumented) and handling and integration of KEGG orthlogy database.
A rather trivial bug fix that causes the analytical slave to harvest the source and specifies destination files at run time! Doh!
The openSputnik project is really happy to release its first complete binary set. This has been documented and we feel that this first release has taken 2 years to get there, but we should now really rock and roll!
