Open Source Particle Image Velocimetry

I have a problem....
when I want to install the FFTW, in the "fftw-3.2.2" directory, I key in

./configure --with-our-malloc16 --with-windows-f77-mangling --enable-shared --disable-static --enable-threads --with-combined-threads --enable-portable-binary --enable-sse2

in the Qt4, but it cannot work... it shows that it is not a program or batch file...

Now, I think my problem probably is the FFTW install..
I saw the Installation Notes in the website, but still cannot solve this problem..

Is there any method to install FFTW in Qt 4 with Windows XP?...
