Version 1.1.0 of the integration with the OTRS ticketing system.

This package should be installed into your OTRS installation via the OTRS
package manager.  This version addresses compatibility issues with OTRS version
2.4, and should be used with that version of OTRS or later.  You will also need
the SOAP::lite and SOAP::DateTime perl modules from CPAN or your distribution.
