Key new features in Tickets V 2.20:
1. Multi Region capability. In addition to assignments by geographic area, supports multiple operations such as fire, emergency med's, police.
2. Almost real-time statistics screen (a bit like a call centre "Call Board")
3. Map Markup and Boundaries added to the Map - good for showing regional boundaries as well as exercise areas.
4. Tied in with boundaries, exclusion zones and ring-fences.
5. Additional GPS tracking sources, including OpenGTS as well as a native intrisic tracker.
6. Various fixes (notably to google Latitude tracking) and screen tidying.
