OpenI: BI Web App for SaaS Deployments

Hello I´m new in OpenI, so I´m trying to test this product. My scenario is: Windows XP SP3 (spanish) SQL 2000 Personal and Analysis Services 2000 (both SP4) IIS 5.1

All the applications are installed in the same computer. I´ve been installed MSXML and XML for Analysis SDK in order to use msxisapi.dll. Also I have been tested msxisapi.dll and is working.

When I open OpenI and try to change (or add) datasources I´m using http://localhost/xmla/msxisapi.dll as datasource. OpenI show me "Local Analysis Services" but it can´t get catalogs from my AS 2000.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

In majority of datasources defined in olap server, soap response returned by OLAP xmla server have the same value of elements: DataSourceName and DataSourceInfo. If different values are set for these elements, OpenI is unable to list the catalogs.

Hello Sujen, Do you know the values for DataSourceName and DataSourceInfo I must use in order to work fine using SQL 2000 Analysis Services? I tried making a lot of changes on those values without success!!

If you have OpenI source checked out, you just need to update your working copy as the issue has been fixed and committed.
