Open Media Collectors Database

I just installed this today and it looks great. I imported my library from my desktop application, but some fields (pictures, genre) didn't transfer. That means everything is in the "other" genre. There are a number of extra fields here that weren't supported in my old app. Is there an option to have the server re-sync all records back to Amazon (or whatever)?
