The TPM SRK auth should be set to TPM_WELL_KNOWN_SECRET not NULL. The current use of a NULL auth is inconsistent with the default TPM_WELL_KNOWN_SECRET supported by all the tpm provisioning tools that exist external to this project and are shipped with all major distributions.

Description of problem:
dsa_tests test from testsuite comming with opencryptoki fails with the
following:
