  Change Log for Professional Practice Open Accounting V 1.10 New === Added Annual Transaction Subtotals query for future statement giving balance by category. This may be useful for tax purposes. To access this query, first Unhide the database window. Performed some Optimizer recommendations. Mostly removed unused modules and added table indexes. Bug Fixes ========= Added trap to avoid error when generating account statements with an existing statement window open. Closing changed payments screen without approving payments prompts for permission to discard changed but not saved data. Added call to Form_Load in Form_Open so code to draw or not draw Add New Payment would be honored. Ease of Use =========== Transactions table editor under Administration now moves to last record on assumption that manual editing will be on a recent transaction. In a Billing form, if the Notes field gets focus (is clicked), the Approve button is disabled. Thus if notes are changed after validation, the form must be validated again. Cosmetic ======== Now that the database window is hidden by default, there is no need to minimize first in the autoexec macro. Added tool tips to last retainer and last payment dates on Main form.
