This add-on component to OpenOffice.org 2.0's Writer program will convert the open document to be compatible with Microsoft's .DOC format. Documents saved to .DOC after using this component work as well or better than documents exported directly to .DOC.
The latest version now supports not only text frames, but also pictures and OLE objects inserted into the document. All are saved even when they are anchored to or within other text frames frames. This version currently plays with AS_CHARACTER ...
