Code for OOC now in CVS
I have upped the initial revision of OOC to the CVS repository. Documentation is the next priority. Right now the Makefile in the top-level directory creates the main OOC libraries, while the Makefile in the utility directory creates several utility programs that can be used to demonstrate use of the library.
