I can surely recommend OneCMDB as a Configuration Management solution for Data Centers. It support manual as well as automatic data collection from external sources through MDRs. It very easy to distinguish administration responsibilities using RBAC system. It is complex solution which let you store info about your entire IT Infrastructure.
