I am using bellagio 0.9.2.1, trying to integrate jpeg lib and alsa lib (libomxjpeg-0.1.tar.gz & libomxalsa-0.1.tar.gz) provided with openmax.i am newbie to openmax.

Hi,
the implementation of OpenMAX IL components is independent from the DL layer. So no DL layer or compliance is needed for OpenMAX IL compliance. If you need more official opinions in any case you can post question to the Khronos site that has defined OpenMAX standard.
