Currently there's no way to set trigger level voltage, it is always fixed at 0 volts. This is a problem when working with digital schemes and with unipolar analog schemes where there's no negative voltage at all (yes, you can use some reference Vcc/2 voltage but that needs additional schematics).
However, if you open Tools -> Calibrate scope offsets you can move the offset up or down and this...
