Hello,
I'm trying to transcode a dvd into mkv x264/mp3 but it fails ripping audio track.
Here is the log

Hi,
Being quite not satisfied with the situation I started out to investigate possible causes. Here is what I found out.
First time I observed that corrupted sound was when the x264 problem
was eminent and I decided to use another video codec with ogmrip.
As ogmrip is the most utilized application on my box and had been running 24/7 for more than 2 years may explain a bit my eagerness...

Hi,
One more thing that I just remembered. Anytime I played one of the sound files the duration of the total file was displayed and it was always by far longer than what the length of the video should have been; by my estimation next to two times.

Hello,
First I want to thank you, switching to the latest mencoder version fixed the problem of ogmrip crashing.
To test it I fired ogmrip up with quality high and 2 pass video encoding and it finished in less than half a day. So I can still switch to 3 pass encoding if I want better quality.
But when then I started mplayer to check the result I was struck by surprise. No sound was to...

I installed Ogmrip in ubuntu.The version is 0.13.2.
I only can open ISO images and dvd estructures,but I can't open other files.Is it posible open other files?
