  LICENSE.TXT is clearly not Open Source. Fails to satisfy rule (6) of OSI's Open Source Definition: no discrimination against field of endeavor. The license discriminates about commercial usage. Aside from making the package useless (no Open Source project can rely on "getting permission" for every past, current, or future contributor to the project, as would be required under this software's license), it is also a violation of SourceForge's Terms of Use, and will be reported as such.
