Bugfix in distribution in order to make the modewf project build properly.
Minor patches to make tsk-cp work with the 0.2 version of libcarvpath.
The scripts and tools have been moved out of the distribution, most importanly the patched sleuthkit tools that have moved to tsk-cp. CarvFs has been patched to also compile against version 0.2 of libcarvpath.
