Fix a bug whereby an invalid response would be generated if an error message contained characters that should be escaped inside XML. Depend only upon pxp-engine, not pxp itself, leaving the application free to select lexer packages as appropriate.
New IDL syntax for oxridl (preserving the old syntax for backwards compatibility). Fix oxridl to generate code that compiles under OCaml 0.9.1 (i.e. does not have any unused variables). Use XML-RPC version 2 by default. Build system improvements to support generation of Debian packages. Fix the META file, bumping the version number correctly and including xmlrpc_httpd. Fix use of bool and nil. Relicenced cgiSource.ml, as per author's intention.
