OAR

Welcome to the OAR forum. This is a place to exchange ideas and share perspectives towards reducing the recidivism rate within our penal system in the US and beyond.

OAR is about a methodology to deliver program content in a manner that clients with learning disabilities can successfully participate in and complete.

OAR is about acknowledging and taking responsibility for the offenses committed. It takes new perspectives to overcome the old ways of thinking, so OAR will become a tool that can accomplish this, covertly and overtly. We need ideas and perspectives from as many as possible to have the program be viable towards a large varied client base of 2.3 million incarcerated inmates in the US alone.
