Problems adding a contact

    I just installed the latest 0.6.4b, then attempted to add my own vcard (http://my-vcard.com) as a contact...

    The form refreshed back onto itself without adding the contact. I made sure to setup all the permission appropriately, apache (www-data) can write to the directories with 'basic' backup turned on. Running debian/ubuntu hoary gnu/linux. Any ideas anyone?
