What's happening?

  • ssl

I can access/download files from Usenet without any problems whatsoever as long as I don't try and use SSl. As soon as I go for the SSl option NZB can't make any connections. My provider supports SSl and it works fine with other NZb clients. Any ideas?.

  • Followup: RE: help! Cannot compile for slax 6.1.1

Hi, Can you copy/paste the errors here so that we can have a look? Might just be something missing on your system. Regards, Mattias.

  • help! Cannot compile for slax 6.1.1

Hello, Can anybody please help me to compile nzb 0.1.9 for the Slax 6.1.1 linux distro ? I tried qmake; make but it spurted out errors at me, at which point I gave up. Are there binary distributions for nzb 0.1.9 for linux i386 somewhere ?.

  • Followup: RE: Multiple servers?

I'm glad you like it! A similar feature has been requested and I think it will be implemented at some point. However, it is not a very high priority feature at this time. I might add an experimental implementation soon.

  • Multiple servers?

First of all, great program! My favorite for NZB's. My question is, does/will nzb ever support multiple newsgroup servers? I have one fast server with a monthly limit, and a secondary I use as backup. It'd be nice not to have to reconfigure when I reach my limit. Maybe just through nzb.conf/nzb.ini? Thanks!

  • Comment: Option doesn't close

Hi, Which version of nzb are you running? On what platform/OS? The files won't end up anywhere unless you have specified the "Save Path" under "Output" in the options dialog.

  • Option doesn't close

When I add an nzb file, it downloads and decodes but I can't locate the file. Also, when I chose a directory from Options, it doesn't close after I click Ok or Cancel.
