Network Watchfolders for Picasa

Automatically adds and removes selected folders and subfolders into Picasa's "Watched Folders" list. This is particularly useful when dealing with network drives.

v. 0.1.2.7 has been released. This fixes the problem where the graphic wasn't showing up. I also removed an extra period from the remove folder list screen. I'm sure that will help everyone.
