Network Profile Manager is a small tool. witch saves different network profiles so you can load them without manually enter IP-addresses or DNS-servers etc. It works only with Windows XP yet and needs .NET 2.0.
A project-website (even the one provided by sourceforge) is not available. This deminishes the available help for creating profiles to zero. Definitely not a user-friendly approach. But that's not all. Network Profile Manager can't be found in the Add/Remove Programs section of Windows XP. So the only way to remove it is as tedious as it can possibly be - manual removal of the EXE + manual removal of the registery-entry. Argon Network Switcher is a better and much more sophisticated alternative. Bigger but at least easier to work with.
