commell lv-676 bios V1.61
running older kernel and couldn't get /proc/acpi/alarm to work.
luckily nvram-wakeup (1.00) does the job for now.

The Zip-File holds the value of the guess and the NV dumps.
nvram-wakeup doesn't work with it and always exits with:
root@mythtv:~/guess-directisa# /usr/sbin/nvram-wakeup -A -C /etc/mymb.conf -s $((`date +%s` + 10 * 60))
nvram-wakeup: addr_stat (0xFF) is beyond the end of nvram
There seems to be some missing addresses in the config file.

Guess-helper found the configuration no trouble. Reads the correct settings from the bios using the --dirtectisa (-A) option.
Only thing it didn't guess was the upper_method which I set to intel and everything was good.
Note: different board and BIOS from the vanilla P4P800's.
