* Bug fix: Large-dollar government budget sectors using E+## notation screwed up pie chart displays (switched pie chart to percentages, not real values) * Bug fix: Server time related issues * Bug fix: "Use of undefined constant" PHP notices in graph.php * Bug fix: Servers with "register_globals" PHP setting turned "on" had major problems * Bug fix: Now ignores "last viewed" cookie with "\0" (null character) contents * Added "UN Delegate" indicator * Hit counter now uses actual start date, not "August 20, 2005" * Database version tracking (helps with upgrades)
