To compile Nsound on Windows you will need Cygwin and the GCC compiler for Cygwin with the MinGW extentions. All the instructions are in the _WINDOWS_README.txt.

when I try to compile with vista it tells me I need to install with visual studio 2003, I have visual studio 2008 installed. I do have cygwin is that for use with bash? It doesn't work as a batch file.

The 2.5 installer still gives the error about having the key. I take it this is windows only, I started to play around with vmware doing a cross platform and cross program music editor and because I wrote it in python I thought it would work nicely as a vmware machine so I could package all of the python modules pre-installed as one package without having all the installer break on me like they...
