Working the last several years with NSClient++, I can recommend it without any limitations! Especially the integrated support for Powershell scripts helps me a lot and saved me a lot of time!

I've installed nscp (0.4.1.73) on both Win 7, 2003, and 2008. It works so great! Learning new syntax and concept might take time and patience, but it's quite worthy.
