Affected Version: NRPE_NT 0.8b
Issue: NRPE_NT keeps sockets in CLOSE_WAIT state when a connection from a not allowed host is made.
Solution: Call shutdown() and closesocket() when a not allowed connection is detected.

Hi,
This is more a feature request than a support request I fear.
We need to monitor services on windows machines which are already monitored using nrpe_nt by another team.
We are not allowed to change their nrpe_nt-configuration, so I need to install a second nrpe_nt-service.
It is already possible to set the port nrpe_nt uses, but I'd need two further parameters configurable:
