Thanks for reporting the problem.
I'm trying to reproduce the bug, and it would be useful to know what version of NProf you used, what version of Windows you are running, and whether you login as Administrator.
You could also try running NProf on another machine, and see whether it works there. If it works, it would be interesting to know what the differences between those two machines are.
