    You can open an administrative CMD (Search cmd, right click Run as Administrator) and type: regsvr32 /i "c:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\nppcm.dll"

    for uninstall type regsvr32 /u "c:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\nppcm.dll"
