It crashes in glTexImage2D. So it's a Intel GMA Bug as predicted.
You can fill a radar in https://bugreport.apple.com/, and pray that Apple will fix the problem. There is nothing much it can be done.

Well I've just rebuilt a version with XCode 3.1. But apparently it's a crash in the OpenGL Drivers not in the application.
If you can get the crash report from ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter, this would give more information.
