NISCA (Network Interface Statistics Collection Agent) is a PHP4/MySQL utility for collecting data on network interface traffic usage and making PNG or JPEG graphs and reports about them. It's intended as an alternative to MRTG/RRDTool.

  It should now do snmpv1/v2 correctly.
