    Hi Jeff,

    That is a normal message for the 'player.php' file if no exercises (simulations) are running.

    If you browse to http://localhost/nimspro/controller.php, it should load the controller panel. This is where you select a simulation to use, give it a name, and then create a new exercise. The controller panel will then fully load to manage the simulation.

    After creating a new exercise, open a second browser window to http://localhost/nimspro/player.php, and you should see the name of the exercise you just created listed for the player to join.

    I would also encourage you to take a look a the documentation listed on the NIMSpro web site (http://www.nimspro.org/tiki-index.php?page=Documentation) under 'Using NIMSpro' for instructions on using both the Player and the Controller.
