Nilson's Blogger is a program written in PHP allows you to make a weblog ("blog") withoutthe use of a database application. It makes it easy to post to a blog and is very customizable.

I am almost done with multi-user support in Nilson's Blogger. It has basic working functionality now, and I will upadate the source and upload it in a few days. I have ben too lazy to keep up with SourceForge ;)
