The homepage ( http://nicotine-plus.sourceforge.net/ ) claims that a Windows installer is available for version 1.2.12. Yet, I don't see it in the list of downloads on sourceforge.net. Can someone give me a link to wherever it's being hosted?.
It would be nice if it was possible to limit the total download speed, just like it is possible for uploads. At least for me, my internet connection becomes very sluggish when approaching the ISP limit, so being able to set the nicotine limit a bit lower would help a lot.
