Some fixes, among them a severe XSS bug (HTML code, i.e. JS wasn't escaped everywhere the new_process function is used, which is virtually anywhere).
The 0.3 beta includes a news module, which is more like a weblog module. You can now with some adjustments in new.ini use NEW not as a CMS but as a weblog (see new screenshot).
I've possibly sent package notification twice for the beta, sorry...

I fixed a serious XSS bug in 0.2. For the same reason I released a new beta of 0.3, actually it wasn't planned though. Enjoy.
Updating is highly recommended!

After a week of hard work, I have finally finished the modular idea of NEW 0.2. It has now modules that can simply be deleted to stop working. There will also be more modules that can be added as easily. Also, writing modules is not complicated. Everyone with a bit experience in PHP can do it.
Second, the caching system is now modular, so that not the whole file is cached (e.g., image page...
