Hello!
I'm a PhD student in Urban & Regional planning. I just found NeuroScholar and am very impressed. It actually does a lot of what I need to keep track of PDFs that mix text, maps, photos, etc. I have two initial questions:
(1) Is this software still under active development? I notice the current version is from 2005 or 2006.
(2) What citation format does "Parse citation from file" under citation management tools expect? I assume medline, but I have been unable to get it to load anything. I'm using Bibus to export Medline with Ascii or UTF-8. NONE of my articles will come from PubMed, so I need a way to get data from Zotero or Bibus into NeuroScholar.
