Hi,
The first time the CD boot, it is a DHCP configuration which is performed. When requesting configuration from SMP, it is a fix IP address. It is often the issue.
In order to troubleshoot that, could you reconfigure the 90000146 with DHCP after the full SMP configuration request (log as admin, admin, Configuration, network, automatic network config) and see if you get the connexion back?.

I followed the instructions and all connections are ok until he comes at requesting full configuration from SMP which lasts
for ever.
I had the same problem at home and then you verified something and after that it worked.
Now I'm testing a new configuration at work and to see if we get this working for our other offices .All network parameters are ok.

I just booted the server and now it is working fine.
You probably did something to make it work because I did not change anything.

You are right. I was putting the public IP instead of the private IP (where the NET:PBX is).
unfortunately, still doesn´t work....
still hangs in the same place.
what could be happening??.

For all those who experienced hangs during the boot process at 'requesting full configuration', this has been due to a misconfiguration of certain SOP IDs on the SMP. (the range 90000100 - 90000399 was affected). The problem should now be resolved.
Our apologies for this and thanks for reporting the problem.

All connections are OK and then it hagn up at requesting full configuration!!!

* Public key accepted by SMP
* Starting ssh connection to SMP...
* Requesting ssh connect details... OK
* Waiting for ssh connections to come up...

i have exactly the same problem!!!
all connection are ok and then it hang ups requesting the full configuration.
