NCO netCDF Operators

I don't know how to use photoshop or gimp, but I had an idea of what I thought might be nice -- basically using the NCO letters, but making the "O" for "Operators" into a cog. I stole a cog from

and then just did text art in powerpoint to add a few different type fonts for the NC. See what you think:
