  The NBC-VBI-Developer-Team decided to rewrite the complete code. Version 0.41 will be the last release, based on the old source. If you want to help, then just subscribe to the developer-mailinglists at SourceForge.

  Release of version 0.41 of NBC-VBI, including FEC (thanks to |Ron|). Some minor bugs were also fixed.
