As already mentioned by an unknown user in a comment to ticket #1960432, a way to load waypoints from a file would be really great. While the original comment mentioned several closely related features that sure are nice to have, even very minimal functionality would be quite useful for many purposes (Geocaches, additional POIs, an exported "route" from openrouteservice.org, ...).

On my htc kaiser NaviPOWM crash when allocate more that 25MB of memory.
Sorry, it's hard to explain for me:
With a heavy map (all the buildings) and 40 minutes trip.
I have set DBGDrawTimes=on to see free memory.
When NaviPOWM start I see 41MB free.
After a few minutes I have 31MB free.
After 30 minutes 25MB free.
After 40 minutes 16MB free and NaviPOWM crash.
I try three time with the...
